Set up your clinic workspace

Create your clinic, complete onboarding, and prepare your workspace for bookings.

Step-by-step guide

  1. 1Sign up for Appointa and confirm your email.
  2. 2Create your clinic and complete the basic business details.
  3. 3New clinics start with an editable Consultation service, owner practitioner, weekday availability, service assignment, consent form, and starter package template so internal appointment booking can be used immediately.
  4. 4Review your timezone, business hours, starter service, starter package, and booking preferences.
  5. 5Add or edit service categories and core services as your menu grows.
  6. 6Invite additional team members and assign service permissions.
  7. 7Open the Setup checklist and complete each required task.
  8. 8Leave public booking disabled until the clinic profile, services, bookable staff, contact details, policies, and payment requirements are complete.
  9. 9Leave online payments disabled until Stripe account, charges, and payouts are fully set up, then enable customer online payments from Settings.
  10. 10Run a test appointment to confirm calendar and reminders are working.
