Step-by-step guide

  1. 1Open Settings and review all tabs one by one.
  2. 2Set business defaults such as locale, time format, and policies.
  3. 3Confirm role permissions for admin and non-admin users.
  4. 4Review booking policies for cancellation and lead time.
  5. 5Public booking is disabled by default. Enable it only after the Public booking checklist shows all required setup items are complete.
  6. 6Use the Social booking area in Public booking to copy Instagram, Facebook, campaign, and QR-ready booking links.
  7. 7Use Forms automation to control clinic-wide automatic email and SMS form sends. SMS form sends still require an active subscription with valid billing details.
  8. 8Customer online payments are disabled by default. Complete Stripe payout setup before enabling online payments for appointment invoices, package invoices, and public booking deposits.
  9. 9Check integrations and environment-specific values, including Xero settings when accounting exports are enabled.
  10. 10Confirm package liability and revenue account codes with your bookkeeper before selling prepaid packages.
  11. 11Document setting changes so your team knows what changed and why.
