Set up public booking
Complete the required setup checklist before enabling and sharing your booking page.

Step-by-step guide
- 1Open Settings, then Public booking. New clinics start with public booking disabled.
- 2Complete the setup checklist: active services, active bookable team members, service-to-team assignments, and clinic contact details.
- 3Configure customer requirements such as email, phone, OTP verification, and policy acknowledgement.
- 4Add cancellation, privacy, and terms text before requiring policy acknowledgement.
- 5If online deposits or full payment are required, complete Stripe payout setup before enabling public booking.
- 6Enable customer online payments in Settings before using optional deposits, required deposits, or full payment in the public booking flow.
- 7Turn on Public booking only after the checklist is complete and save changes.
- 8Open and copy the booking links only after the status shows Enabled.
- 9Use the Social booking section to copy Instagram bio, Facebook page, campaign post, and QR links with source tracking already attached.
- 10Test the full client flow from service selection to confirmation before adding the link to your website, social bio, or campaigns.
- 11Service-linked forms are created after booking confirmation so clients can finish booking first, then complete forms online, from their portal, or in clinic.
